Edward Davis concentrates his practice in the area of energy law and has extensive experience in renewable energy from both a transactional and regulatory perspective.
Matthew advises project developers, lenders, tax equity investors, private equity funds, technology suppliers and distributers, and contractors on developing and financing renewable energy projects. In addition, he works with energy services companies (ESCO) and large end-users of energy on energy-efficiency solutions….

Matthew advises project developers, lenders, tax equity investors, private equity funds, technology suppliers and distributors, and contractors on developing and financing renewable energy projects. In addition, he works with energy services companies (ESCO) and large end-users of energy on energy-efficiency solutions. In that regard, he counsels both ESCOs and commercial real estate developers, investors, and managers to achieve energy cost savings through effective energy efficiency management strategies, such as utilizing on-site generation and co-generation, rooftop solar and wind technology, and high-efficiency lighting and/or HVAC systems.
